To add: - I have a fan goods list on twitter people can use for reference - if ordering overseas, order 2 months in advance - decorations can be cheap if ordered on aliexpress - always factor in shipping cost from supplier and cost of mailing material to customers

@eventsbynamu @hoIowan If it were me, I'd always choose the decorative option and if I wanted to use it in the traditional way (around a cup), I'd look at finding a microglaze or waterproof spray to prevent water damage. Obviously, pay attention to any toxic warnings before applying a solution.

@MyCreativeShop @hoIowan :) that's good to know! The crinkling and folding was a major problem for me when I was ordering but it's great to hear it's no longer an issue! Is your new traditional paper type still laminated on the outside or is the waterproofing layer on the inside only?

@eventsbynamu @hoIowan We made a change recently and both paper types are very flexible. Your crinkle/fold comment would be accurate of the previous version, but not the new paper types :)

@hoIowan but if it's like the ones I got before with them, they can crinkle/fold terribly and the lamination is stiff. Their decorative paper is most likely closer to the standard overseas cupsleeve (which is not great for actual use if there's a lot of condensation). And if you have a

@hoIowan @eventsbynamu During covid we had to make a change to our original cup sleeve material and after listening to our customers we settled on decorative and traditional paper types. Decorative is great as a collector's item, but not for actual use. Traditional is more durable, but less detailed.
