@mackupinlights Then human accountability would be less profitable compared to making less errors or accepting them as a calculated risk (in a cost/benefits point of view). What’s your take on this?

@mackupinlights I get your point, However when you think about it, if a model has a 5% hallucination rate and it verifies its own output 3 times (which wouldn’t consume as much resources as the original task), then it goes down to 0.0006% of error (or if models improve),

@Neil_savetime You've cracked the code. AI isn't just a tool, it's your specialist team. Deployment is the only skill that matters now.

The AI Skills Gap: It’s not just about learning AI. It’s about assigning roles. I stopped treating AI like a tool, Started treating it like a specialist: Content outlining to one system, Research to another, Judgment stayed mine. Then redesigned one workflow, AI handles 80%, I handle decisions. The result? Faster output, Less friction, Repeatable growth. Three steps that worked: - Identify your highest-friction task - Give AI clean inputs and standards - Review and iterate weekly The gap doesn’t close with courses. It closes with deployment.

Invest in yourself. The return isn't proportional. It's exponential.

Common mistake: Chasing what looks cool. The flashy stuff gets attention, Bet the boring stuff builds empires.

Waiting for permission is keeping you broke. Client asked: "Show me examples of your work." I didn't have any. 99% of people would give up there. So I said: "I'll write you an email sequence you can use right now. Then you'll see how my copy performs with your audience." They got excited. I closed the deal.

What are the best investments? • Stocks? • Crypto? • ETFs? Not even close. The best investments: • Your skills • Your knowledge • Your experience Confidence is everywhere, but competence is a rarity.

@KevinFengX I think overthinking becomes bad when it’s not focused on solving a problem

Overthinking doesn't get you anywhere. The more you think, the more you doubt yourself. The more you doubt yourself, the less action you take. The less action you take, the less progress you make. Overthinking is the enemy of progress. The less you think, the better.

3 types of posts that actually bring clients: 1. Proof → results, wins, screenshots 2. Stories → your journey + client case studies 3. Insights → perspectives they can’t Google Post these consistently, and even a small account becomes an authority.

In 2020 I watched a 1 hour documentary on BTC. I instantly invested $16.5k to buy 3. $16.5k invested → $258k today. Always research opportunities. You never know what you might find.

My content strategy is terrible: Platitudes Personal quirks Flexing milestones Or is it? You have 2 choices. You can either do what works. Or you can do what looks "cool". I choose the first one.

Money doesn’t come first. Clarity does. Get clear on who you serve. Get clear on what you solve. Get clear on how you deliver. The money follows the clarity.
