@amirtibon אמיר, בגץ שלל כל סמכות ממנהלי בתי חולים. מהצבת שלט ועד למשל קביעת אזורים עבור מטופלים ערבים שבהם יהיה ניתן לאכול חמץ. החוק מחזיר לבתי החולים את הסמכות הזאת. הוא לא כופה או מחייב דבר. הנוסח הנוכחי הוא בדיוק ההגדרה ״מבקשים בנימוס״ שהזכרת

כמה שקרים יש סביב חוק החמץ - אז בואו נעשה סדר: הצעת החוק שתובא היום לאישור סופי במליאת הכנסת אינה כופה או מחייבת דבר את בתי החולים בישראל. הנוסח שלה קובע כך: מנהלי בתי חולים יוכלו לקבוע הוראות בדבר איסור או הגבלה של הכנסת חמץ לבתי החולים. ומה עם בכל זאת הגעתם עם חמץ? כלום>>
