@figmadesign Figma is down. Our whole designteam, devteam and client is locked out of our project. This is very very serious for us and it seriously erodes the trust that has been built up around the shift to the Figma designplatform. When will it be up again???!

@phasecommunity You should really update your website. It's says "Coming in 2018" which looks bad since 2018 is long gone.

@extensis 2. time trying to get answer to this: When dragging Google font from Google list to Library folder inside Suitcase, is this font being updated in Font Vault if Google updates font (as they regularly do). Or do I have to re-drag Google font to my Library-folder again?

@sketchapp It does not help :-( Have installed, reinstalled etc. etc. both Sketch and Sketch Mirror. The Sketch Mirror app just freezes after some time. Sometimes when copying artboards in Sketch, sometimes when deleting artboards. Major work disrupter. Sad face.

@sketchapp Very confused why Sketch Mirror app (v. 3.2) keeps freezing up on my iPhone 7 (iOS 12.0.1). Using it for 5 min. and then it's completely unresponsive. Have already tried deleting/reinstalling. No difference. No problem with wireless or network. Am I all alone in this?

@extensis Google keeps updating their fonts. So i'd like to know this: When I drag a Google font from the Google font list inside Suitcase to a Teamsync folder, will this ensure that our whole team are always using the lastest version of that Google font across our mac's?

@Netrommer You will need to wait and see if the game get's refunded first and if so the licences for the standard version will be gone meaning you now have the options to buy other versions. ^NJ

@AskPS_UK I purchased the standard version of "A.C. Odyssey" on PS store. But I want to change that to the "ultimate edition" so I can play tomorrow. Is it possible to "upgrade" to that version somehow or am I stuck with the standard version?

@AskPS_UK Ok, I sent the refund form. And now try to buy the Ultimate Edition, BUT PS Store show the other versions which are unavailable for purchase since I already purchased the standard edition... Why does it care that I want to buy another version. How do I circumvent this?

@Netrommer As long as the cancellation for a preorder is submitted before it's available, it doesn't matter when you made the purchase of the preorder. No worries on that one! ^AS

@AskPS_UK Ok last one, promise: I purchased the standard version on the 18th of sept. I can see that this refund has to be initiated with 14 days. Am I still in time for this?

@Netrommer Once you have submitted your refund request, you are free to purchase the edition you want. We advise to turn off automatic downloads so you don't risk downloading the wrong version. ^GA

@AskPS_UK Ok, thanks. I won't keep asking about this. Just one last question: If I fill out this form and the refund process drags out, am I in "danger" of not even being able to play the game on the 5th where the standard version is playable?

@Netrommer This varies depending on contact volume, as our agents work through cases in a chronological order. Unforutnately, if the publisher doesn't make an Upgrade purchase available through the Store, all we can offer is a refund. ^AS

@Netrommer Hello! I'm afraid it's not possible to upgrade to another edition. You can submit a refund request here: playstation.com/en-gb/get-help… for the current edition you have, and once it's processed, you can purchase the one you want. ^NL

@sketchapp Is there some way to cache a sketchpage in Sketch Mirror? When viewing a mobile design the page keeps going from blurred to in focus as we swipe down the design a little bit and we have to wait for the page to update. It's disturbing our work flow. Is there a solution?

@contentsyncio Where do i turn on "Google Sheet Per Sketch Page"? I see it on your website documentation, but after installing plugin, I can't find the feature anywhere. I am using v. 4.2.5 which looks nothing like screenshots on your website. Am I using an old version?
