@DavidPenneyPRW @RedCircleFP @AndyBoyt @RayNiche @DanHaylett Open Banking does not invalidate your banking T&Cs. In fact all this is covered under law too now with Payment Services Regulation 2017. Essentially the customer is directed to their bank where they authorise their bank to share the data with whom they choose.

Quite a depressing day at #CTG2019 lots of providers saying 'we are going to help you deliver financial planning' the reality is they are supporting product and fund sale and compliance. Nowt to do with financial planning
