@Racerinsider Wouldn’t mind our administration giving Coach McMahon a call. Come in and be director of basketball alumni relations. Secure some NIL donations from the dozens of pros he’s coached here. Let him settle for a year before he inevitably gets another job coaching.

@dreamarlowe85 Did Coach Mac and LSU need to part ways? Yes. But Coach is one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever met. He and his family deserved better than this. The way LSU handled this was disgraceful. Whatever program he’s involved with next will be extremely fortunate to land him

Not many people believed this team would win the region, let alone make it to the state quarterfinals. A group of homegrown players from right here in Marshall County, was one of the last 8 teams standing in one of two states (Delaware) that has one true champion. This is what makes this team special. Coach Dunning is one of the best coaches I’ve ever been around. His knowledge of the sport, dedication to his teams, and passion for his players is second to none. He’s a fantastic coach, but more importantly he’s a better human being. Whoever ends up with Coach will be lucky

Sources have indicated to me that Graves County girls basketball is close to moving on from Coach Lyndon Dunning, and that a decision is imminent. Hard to find a better skipper in the First Region. Lady Eagle loss would certainly be another's gain.
