The Sumter School District Board of Trustees voted unanimously to select Dr. William Wright as the school district’s next Superintendent in a special called meeting on Tuesday, May 17. Dr. Wright will officially start as superintendent on July 1. Welcome!!

Due to the threat of severe weather in our area, all schools will dismiss early on Tuesday, April 5. Elementary Schools will dismiss at 10:30 AM. Middle schools will dismiss at 11:30 AM, and high schools will dismiss at 12:30 PM. #SumterStrong
