It's a great pleasure to announce the launch of Maxi Dolphins' latest 62-footer "Ekite." The Maxi Dolphin team successfully completed sea trials with the owner and family on board. Offshore supplied a high modulus triple spreader rig with v-lux boom and Smart carbon rigging!

Recently, Offshore Spars was out in Newport, RI, to assist Team Proteus with the stepping of their new rig. The stepping, tuning, and first sea trial were a success! Here are some highlights of the new rig while the team prepped to get Proteus in the water. #OffshoreSpars

Last week, another rig left our shop to meet its hull in Jamestown, RI! The package for the Swan 48 consists of a standard modulus carbon fiber mast and boom. We hope the owner enjoys putting the new rig to the test this summer! #OffshoreSpars #CustomSpars #Sailing #Yachts

The new rig for Proteus has left the building! Last week the state-of-the-art mast embarked on its journey to meet the hull in Newport, Rhode Island, where it will be stepped later this week in preparation for the Newport to Bermuda race. We wish Team Proteus the best of luck!

A successful final sea trial was completed on the new Lyman Morse 46#2 ARCADIA. This summer, the owner plans to hit the race circuit with the Newport Bermuda Race at the top of the list. Another successful project in the books! #OffshoreSpars #CustomSpars #Sailing #Yachts

We're pleased to announce that the Black Pearl Botin 56 team has chosen us to supply the new rig. The project will combine Offshore Spars with Doyle Sails, Carbolink Rigging & Pure Engineering. We'll collaborate with the power of sail pack software, delivering an outstanding rig.

Last week we shipped out a replacement mast for Ron Holland Designed NAOS. The new High Modulus carbon mast replaces the old aluminum mast that had deteriorated with age. We worked closely with Rigging Projects and Rob Doyle Design to ensure the new spar is an excellent fit!

Built at Rockport Marine and designed by @tripp_design, this 45ft performance cruiser was equipped with her new Offshore spar this week. The carbon rig has ECthree rigging and a full suite of halyard locks and foil-less torque headstay. Sail trials scheduled to commence shortly.

In preparation for the 2022 Newport to Bermuda race, Team Proteus has turned to Offshore for their new rig. This mast will be produced with Ultra High Modulus carbon fibers. The Hardware package will be designed by Offshore and feature a full suite of Carbo-Link carbon rigging.

We’ve got another build in the works at Betts Boats! This performance race boat with a gravity-driven water ballast system will feature a high modulus race rig from Offshore. The powerful hull shape with round enough sections allows the boat to be fast in light air or breeze.

The sail trial is officially complete for Kinetic 54 hull #1! This performance catamaran features an Offshore Spars carbon furling boom and can be seen at the upcoming Annapolis Boat Show from October 14-18. #OffshoreSpars #AnnapolisBoatShow #KineticCatamarans
