Chennai, Tamil Nadu: The India Vision Institute (IVI) launched the "Ocean to Vision" sustainability campaign at the Kottivakkam fishing community. French Ambassador to India Thierry Mathou participated and distributed spectacle frames made from discarded fishing nets to fisherfolk.
