Hunger or food noise while fasting? Try taking something CRAZY SPICY, I’m not talking about buldak sauce spicy, I mean like habanero or bird eye chili with EMPTY stomach. Appetite gone, you will chug down tons of water, rumbling stomach turns to aching. Highly recommended
