Took a mental health break and saw Project Hail Mary yesterday. It’s one of my absolute favorite books, and the movie adaptation was the best film I’ve seen in a very long time. Good good good.

@DenysXS Proofreading, typesetting, cover design, print mechanicals, queues at the printing companies, worldwide distribution, marketing, publicity, the list goes on. It takes between 9 and 15 months after a book is done before it’s on sale.

I’ve been finding joy writing Demon Cycle novellas in other genres, like my new cozy mystery Butter Cookies & Demon Claws (Dec. 4, 2025!). Now finishing the Elona erotica novella (working title: 50 Shades of Paper). I wonder if I’ll have the courage to publish this filthy thing.
