PF XIRR is 114.47%. Pls don't ask me how it is being calculated, it has been calculated by Zerodha Console. Disclaimer - Most of the stocks in my PF belongs to SMEs segment which means high risk, high reward.

Till your border is secure and law & order is there anyone can be feminist, social activist, environmentalist, animal activist, can compare men with women. But once this security is broken then the truth hit in the most brutal way.

@Cloon_ey1 Yes! He took that word "neech" and twisted it to "neechi jaati", where we all know PG's comment had nothing to do with his jaati

Blood reports are normal. Yet the patient sits in front of you and says quietly, “I don’t feel okay.” And you can see it in their eyes. They’re not imagining it. We’ve all been trained to look at numbers first. Hemoglobin. TSH. Liver enzymes. Creatinine. CRP. If they fall inside the reference range, we breathe easy. Case closed. But the body doesn’t experience health in ranges. It experiences it in energy, mood, sleep, appetite, drive. You can drag yourself through the day with a “normal” hemoglobin. You can feel wired and restless with a “normal” thyroid. You can feel puffy, heavy, inflamed with a “normal” CRP. Because long before disease shows up on paper, function starts slipping. Sleep that technically lasted eight hours but never restored you. Stress that has become so routine you call it ambition. Food that fills the stomach but not the cells. Movement that exists, but barely. Conversations and commitments that slowly drain more than they give. This is where most modern suffering lives. Not in dramatic pathology, but in slow dysfunction. Labs are designed to detect damage. They are not designed to measure vitality. When reports are normal and the person still feels unwell, that is not dismissal. It is an opportunity. It means nothing catastrophic is happening yet. It means we are early. And early is powerful. This is the phase where: Sleep discipline changes more than any pill. Morning sunlight does more than another lab test. Adequate protein and micronutrients matter more than calorie counting. Strength training reshapes hormones and mood better than chasing 10,000 steps. Clear boundaries reduce inflammation more than we admit. Medicine has always been excellent at crisis management. That tradition matters. It saves lives. But today, the real work is upstream. Building resilience before collapse. Restoring function before failure. Normal labs are reassuring. They are not the finish line. If you don’t feel well, listen to that. Fatigue is information. Brain fog is information. Irritability, low drive, poor recovery, all of it is information. Health is not the absence of red flags. It is the presence of strength, clarity, stable mood, and sustainable energy. And no lab report, however detailed, can fully capture that. instagram.com/reel/DVJeGirD_…

If the U.S. held an election banning the Democratic Party, would you have called it a success? If the UK held an election banning Labour or Conservatives, would it have been democratic? If India held an election barring the Congress from contesting, would it have been a triumph for democracy? Or can Nepal transition into legitimate democracy by banning the UML or the Maoists? I mean, I congratulate the millions of Bangladeshis who turned up to cast their votes. That country needs a democratic transition from the unelected technocratic regime of Yunus. But almost all analysts, while praising the smooth conduct of the elections, seem to forget the fundamental flaw of the process — one of the largest political parties in the country remains banned. And it this ban that is empowering the Islamist Jamaat e Islami.

@PVVolatility I would like to stay conservative like i say for EPC companies FY26 600cr sales, 55cr pat PE 20 Mcap 1100cr FY27 next year 900cr sales, 85cr pat PE 20 Mcap 1700cr So, in next 6-12 months it can give decent uptick "Just being conservative, it should be more than this"
