A former work colleague of mine passed away this week. Ask me what happened? An aboki bike man carelessly crossed the road where bikes aren't meant to pass in the first place, and this my guy who was on high speed hit the bike with his car. The rider and his passenger died instantly. The shock of "ah, I've killed someone" made my guy to slump, and that was it for him. It was a very annoying way to d+ie. Someone who doesn't drink or smoke, he doesn't even womanise. Living in Nigeria is an extreme sport and surviving each day in Nigeria is a big grace.

Happy New Month… From my incoming 8 residential units in Abuja — a mix of 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. Went to inspect one of my ongoing projects this morning and I just smiled. Not because this is my first project, it isn’t. I smiled because moments like this remind me how far consistency, sacrifice and hard work can take you. One of my biggest achievements in Q1 & Q2 of 2026 is this project in Abuja. God is good. Keep working. One day your results will speak louder than words.
