Accepting this additional clearance forbids him to disclose any of the information he has been privy to-even if he believed it would be in the best interests of the country to let the Canadian public know. Agreeing to the terms would put him in a position where he would be unable to perform his duties as Leader of the Official Opposition as that role is to represent the people. I have had multiple friends and family members take advantage of MAiD + it was a positive end of life experience.
