Here’s my health report for Wednesday, April 22, 2026. First off, I weigh 287 pounds. Meaning I am still obese. My blood pressure is 119/73, with a resting pulse of 89. Also, my blood sugar today was 177. Not good but I am working on it.

If you go to Amazon.Com and type “Hunter Trilogy David Wood,” you will see the three books I wrote about wolves in 1960’s Minnesota. It is a trilogy, an adventure that spans eight years and ends in a war between wolves and men.

My novel, Symbiosis, A Prison Odyssey, was published five years ago on Amazon as a paperback and kindle. It is based on my own prison time and experiences and the experiences of several other men. If you read this, you will never see prison in the same light again.
