@mirageofwins What you’re saying makes no sense. You’re shifting blame from Parker and Logan, who failed the athletes and staff they were supposed to be leading, to a couple of programs across the country? One of which wrestled in the highest revenue event in school history?

@mirageofwins How’s this? Iowa State also wrestled at CBU. It’s a poorly administered athletic department led by incompetent people who’ve chosen to cut the program

Cal Baptist Wrestling was top 5 in school attendance, top 5 in athletic fundraising, posted the highest team GPA in all of Division I last year, and hosted the highest-revenue, highest-attended event in school history (vs Iowa, 2023). Wins over Wyoming, West Virginia, and Cal Poly. National relevance every year. And still cut. Make it make sense. #KeepCBUWrestling

Massoma Endene is on an official visit for this dual. Was a 3x D3 champ at 197 and ranked as high as #4 while competing for Iowa earlier this season but entered the transfer portal and taking a medical redshirt this season.

Northern Iowa is scheduled to be at the Soldier Salute next weekend and also dual Nebraska Saturday night. Anyone know which one the A squad is doing? Are they crazy enough to have guys double up? Would that even be allowed?

There’s no justification for Virginia Tech to be above SDSU. They lost to Minnesota twice, who SDSU just beat.
@InterMat is even worse, keeping SDSU behind Minnesota.
These rankings are based on preseason expectations, not resumes.
