@_BEPS1 The most common things that trigger it (and are not anxiety/stress related) in others tend to be: POTS (low BP) Anemia Gastrocardiac Syndrome Heartburn/GERD Overconsumption of THC Rule out the physiological before accepting its just anxiety. Especially if it keeps happening.

@_BEPS1 Wait, I don't know you (im sorry), but in January, the EXACT same thing happened to me. I've been to every doctor too, because it keeps happening. Still have no answers. Have an echo in a month, but doctors are blaming anxiety, but I call BS on that. Be careful out there!

omg I had a wild morning. I was feeling really weird last night, I was shaking and having chills and my heart was crazy. I woke up this morning and heart was so fast and body tingly. I went to urgent care thinking "hey...my electrolytes are imbalanced i think"

i had this person who talked to me every single day. good morning texts. random updates. “did you eat?” “i saw this and thought of you.” they made me feel chosen without ever actually saying it. so i believed it. i relaxed. i let my guard down. then one week, the replies got slower. the energy shifted. suddenly i was “overthinking.” suddenly i was “too much.” and the same person who used to reassure me started acting like i imagined the whole connection. the part that messed me up wasn’t them leaving. it was how easily they switched up. like everything we built meant nothing. like i was the only one who thought it was real. ever since then, when someone is too consistent, too sweet, too available… a small voice in my head goes, “okay but when is the plot twist?” that’s my origin story. not heartbreak. just the moment i realized words are easy, patterns are temporary, and people can make you feel safe right before they don’t.
