Find your niche. Find something that you would love to talk about over and over even if no one was listening, till a point that people start listening. Find something you're best at and just put it out there. You'll have to keep changing it on the way, but it'll start becoming polished as you go ahead. I started a few months ago, I'm still trying to, but this has worked for me. I now see a gradual shift coming in after some months.
