@lisa_stephenso @EducationLBU Absolutely, and children do not want to be taught by clones, they love a teacher who is creative and takes risks.

It amounts to disempowering teachers & learners further. Our @educationLBU lecturers have extensive experience as SLT in school AND a deep understanding of critical pedagogy. Without this mix we are training teachers as clones rather than equipping them to be future educators.

The #ITTMarketReview is nothing short of an ideological assault on pedagogy, assessment & curriculum which will leave future teachers ill equipped to provide a holistic education for young people. At this time we should be sharing good practice across providers.
