It seems like MBZ's major visit to Pakistan a few weeks before the Iran war was to rope Pakistan into the anti-Iran coalition. Immediately afterwards, UAE showed reluctance in rolling over the loan. The signal is clear: Whatever UAE wanted it did not get. And good. Fuck them.
