Hello we booked though a UK agent and I was wondering if someone would be able to call me to see if our rooms are still available as they said it got cancelled over a £100 non payment even though on the app it says we paid in full! So I was wondering if you could tell me what’s happening from your end and if the room has been cancelled due to underpayment is it possible to pay the £100 remaining directly to yourselves and get the room reinstated
