@ProBikeKit Hi thanks for sending replacement tyres by Royal Mail. Despite being on strike I got them. Evri said they delivered on Christmas Eve. They didn't. No photo, no map, no tyres. I was in. My wife was in. No one knocked. And I can't contact them.

@ProBikeKit - Until recently I've bought almost all of my tires from ProBikeKit.
I would continue but they seem to be having problems keeping my choices in stock. Hopefully this will clear in 2023

Months after requesting a refund for an item shown to be in stock that wasn’t, I am still yet to see any sign of it, despite chasing more than once. Be very wary of @ProBikeKit, they don’t seem to be at all who they were. #bikeshop #onlinebikesales #probikekit #norefund

@ProBikeKit I'm not hitting anything except my forehead in exasperation. Ordered two Continental GP 5000 28mm tyres on 23rd November. Not got them yet. Very difficult company to get info from. Courier company they use (Evri) is equally bad
