Representing the Association of Somali Universities, I participated in the 5th conference on Medicine and Health Science . I talked about the importance of health in our country and how needy our society are when it comes health issues

On behalf of Association of Somali Universities, I have attended an event organized by Abraar University. I urged all participants to immensely focus on health sector, enhance efforts to fight the diseases and more researches to be done on One Health program.

On behalf of the executive board of Association of Somali Universities, I've handed over a donation from Somali universities to the National Drought Relief Committee to assist the people affected by the drought.

Today, I have attended the exhibition of the book titled, Manual of Camel Diseases in Somalia by Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Moallim (KUTUB). I encouraged the students and all other participants, who have gathered in the hall 2 enhance and establish a culture of reading and researching.

Today I have chaired the monthly meeting of the Academic Council of @BenadirUniv held at Prof. Addow Campus.

Education is powerful, brings about transformation, eliminates all roots of evil and its a mind-changing element for developing countries like Somalia to gain their deserved human needs and prosperous lifestyle. as a @BenadirUniv family, we r working on in enhancing our people.

I thank the Association of Somali Universities for electing me as the chairperson of the Association for the next four yrs. I am well aware of that this is a big responsibility that needs to be performed well.
