I just got off the phone with a student from Western Kentucky University. Employers who say "Gen Z doesn't want to work" are just telling on themselves. The talent is there. The curiosity is there. You just write boring job descriptions.

I grade papers on Sundays. The #1 mistake students make? They use 50 words to say what could be said in 5. Brevity isn't a style choice. It's a revenue strategy. If you confuse them, you lose them.

A Marketing Degree gets you the interview. A Portfolio gets you the job. Being able to write a clear email gets you the promotion. Stop optimizing for the GPA and start optimizing for the output.

Stop asking prospects "Do you have time to chat?" They will say No. Start asking "Have you given up on this project?" They will say No (which actually means Yes). Loss Aversion is the most powerful drug in sales. Use it.
