@its_adamneely Historically, most copyright infringement cases in regards to pirating etc have been brought against the distributors of said content. Rarely have end users been prosecuted for "owning" illegally shared content.

What happens to somebody who buys the NFT to a song that violates copyright? Are they then on the hook for infringement?
