The medical college students who first did this (&were attacked because one of them was Muslim) have started a wonderful viral trend in solidarity. Kerala will always remain a place where all religions coexist. The communal virus will not be allowed to spread in our state.

On India and the export ban, State Dept punts to USTR, says "we have a special responsibility to the American people." Yes you do. We're not suggesting trading US lives for Indian lives. We're talking materials we don't need b/c we're adequately supplied. This is a crap answer.

@immamagpie Totally agree. Try Dedoose - much easier on the wallet than NVivo, Atlas etc. Crazy that the university doesn't give free access to qual data analysis software.

you know what would be useful training? teaching students how to use software/manual methods or both to do qualitative data analysis and coding..5th year anthro grad here, have used nothing but manual methods and figuring out what people mean by coding?
