Not sure what happened to old Bruce, but from the sound of this, it might be time for him to hang it up. When I was stationed in Stuttgart, Germany, I saw him in Munich back in ’84, and he was amazing, but this is a far cry from what he used to be. $SOFI: Why this LPB update is important Okay, so $SOFI just announced that it has signed new personal loan funding agreements with 3 new partners. These include more than $1B from a leading global bank, $600M over 12 months from a financial services and insurance group and up to $2B over two years from a top 5 global private asset manager. Management also said that LPB got commitments worth more than $10B in 2025. We are talking about a large scale institutional validation. LPB is the kind of business that the market should give a higher multiple to. $SOFI is sending qualified borrowers to lenders, making loans for other people, making money from fees and keeping the right to service the loans. Basically, SoFi can keep making money off of demand without having to pay for every loan itself. There will be less intensity on the balance sheet, more money from fees and more room to move. And the numbers are already showing this. In the fourth quarter of 2025, LPB's adjusted net revenue went up by $193.7M, with $190.9M coming from $3.7B in personal loans made on behalf of other people or referred to them. $SOFI also had record Q4 originations of $10.5B, including $7.5B in personal loans. They said that demand from capital markets partners was still strong. These are serious capital allocators who are looking into underwriting, servicing, credit performance and execution. If they are lending billions, it shows that $SOFI's lending engine is becoming more trusted as infrastructure. That changes the story for the long term. The more SoFi scales LPB, the more it can grow originations while deciding what to keep, what to give away and what to charge fees for. That makes it easier for it to become a hybrid digital bank, origination platform and servicing engine. And that mix is more valuable than a plain lender because it can grow through both credit cycles and capital market cycles. This last part is my guess, but management's description of LPB as a capital light, fee based business that fits with the bigger lending model backs it up directly.
