Change your diet, and change your life I’m going to go into a little bit more detail here about what I eat since I’ve gotten so many questions on it. This is not me telling you out of anything other than my own research and experience. I’m in no way a medical professional. My daily diet consists of only these foods and drinks Solids: Steak Eggs Bacon Salmon Hamburger *generally 73-27* Drinks Water Water + LMNT electrolytes *not sponsored* Black coffee *Smokin Gun Coffee -sponsored* Everything is cooked in butter or olive oil. Heavily salted and peppered. That’s it. That’s my entire diet. 4 years ago I was in constant pain. Walking around hurt, sitting for any extended period of time hurt, and standing for long periods of time hurt. Dr said my hips have osteoarthritis, and that basically I was on a one way trip to double hip replacement at the age of 28. Asked if I could do anything to help, she said, and I quote “quit your job” It may have been tongue in cheek, but she was serious. The physical nature of my job ensured my hips would deteriorate faster than they should… I didn’t stop though. I continued to work and provide for my family. Work through the pain…. I bought a nice cane to help me walk when my hips were really flaring up. Looked funny with me being in really good shape and having to use a cane… but it really did help. I thought I was screwed…. Reason why I’m telling you this… is that the pain I used to feel… is gone. 3 months ago I started a version of the carnivore diet. I lost 15 lbs after 2 weeks, my bloat dropped significantly, and my hips stopped hurting. I’d jump out of my truck and begin limping out of habit… until I realized… that my hips don’t hurt… no limp needed Since I began that’s how I’ve felt. Just better… easier to fall asleep, easier to wake up… no naps needed anymore. I don’t feel bloated, I don’t feel groggy. I just feel….. good. All the time. No headaches, no daily aches in my back, knees or hips… 🤷‍♂️ it just all…. Went away. I started running around again, playing catch with my son. Making athletic ish cuts as we play. And waking up the next day… totally fine. Did this cure my hips 🤷‍♂️ idk… but they just don’t hurt anymore. No matter the stress I have put on them. I know that my life has changed for the better. I feel better. I look better. I weigh less *lost 34lbs* I am better. I’m becoming the best version of myself I can be. Maybe this diet is right for you, maybe it’s not. I do know that the sugar and carbs, are killing you. They’re destroying your mind, body, and soul. Slowly, quietly. Be mindful of what you eat. It may be working against you. long fasts fix liver cirrhosis. if water fasting works try easing into dry fasting. In my experience it works faster and cleans bad cells out much better. Also potential for niche stem cell creation. Your mouth is wet whole time and still pissing 2x a day. Body creates it's own metabolic water.
