For example a child who suffered from parentification may be generally more mature than someone else their age. Though that isn't a constant.

Factually speaking someone as young as 16 is able to be classified as a predator, drive, be charged as an adult for severe crimes, and work a job (although limited). They're old enough to understand the maturity difference and the ramifications of their actions.
