🚨 IRGC threatening Iran’s top national team star. The IRGC has threatened striker Sardar Azmoun after he posted photos with UAE leaders Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They warned of prosecution and possible asset seizure, framing the meeting as collaboration with “enemies” and attacking him for not speaking on US and Israeli strikes. A clear message: even Iran’s most prominent athletes are not safe from the regime’s reach.

@RdScouting There were signs of the yips against Inter, but they bounced a lucky goal and settled down again. But Sporting put them on the back foot and never let up, never gave them a way into the match. Bummer.

Well, I must’ve jinxed Bodø. Crazy thinking about the fact that, two weeks ago, I was in that stadium. Definitely one of the best atmospheres I’ve witnessed firsthand. Sporting were just playing on another level last night. Unrecognisable.

Just imagine a scenario where Bodø manages to successfully eliminate Sporting, then repeats the same with either Arsenal or Leverkusen, and basically makes it to the semifinals of the UCL. At this point, it no longer feels unrealistic.
