@NACE_ED It blows my mind is how many schools invested in an "arena" with closed off varsity rooms that nobody can watch the teams play. That immediately removes any return for atleast 2 or your mentioned outcomes.

Schools investing into esports must see a measurable return on positive student outcomes (GPA, Retention, Campus Engagement, Experiential Learning, etc.). Building a Tier-2 program at a school while not prioritizing the outcomes above is putting your entire program at risk.

There ar 2 hidden truths in the world right now. 1. AI isnt replacing jobs but has become the excuse to layoff people. 2. Jetpack Cat isnt worth the ban.
