With consent Focal upper gluteal pain in L SIJ region - supine & night 8/10 - nil on weight bearing activity +ive quadrant, pain on PA glide upper SIJ 'Normal' MRI reported CT (excellent bony / small jt resolution) ➡️ pseudo-articulation L side sacrum (Bertolotti's syndrome)
