Together Thursdays have started at our Retreat at Saltwell Park - it's open to everyone, not just students of the college. Why not pop in and say hello?

It's the start of term again! The drop bys on today are : At 12 a Psychoeducational workshop - What is EMDR? At there is 1230 Bitesize Mindfulness At 1 we have Joyful Wellness. The safe space is also back open, for Free Soup, Hot Drinks and Connection (if you want that)

A few drop in sessions today - Self Harm Awareness and Support at 10 to 12. Bitesized Mindfulness at 1230 to 1. Joyful Wellness at 1 to 3. Our Safe Space is also open from 12 to 2 serving up Soup, Bread and Hot Drinks. It's a lovely place to sit even though I say so myself....
