Everyone deserves a hot meal. That’s why we’re taking part in the March for Meals this month, hosted by the Ontario Community Support Association (OCSA). This campaign brings awareness to the many meals on wheels programs across the city, including our Meals on Wheels program

Our Streets to Homes program is a partnership with the City of Toronto in which Reconnect offers support to recently housed individuals 16 years of age and over.

The senior advisory council and Wood Green Community Health Services have launched a new project called the Students of Aging Podcast. The podcast offers honest conversations about aging in place, community engagement, and more. Tune in to learn about what aging is like today!

Last Friday, Reconnect took part in Cultural Day at the HUB, where everyone learned about different cultures, tried foods from various countries and participated in a range actives. It was a wonderful event where we explored the world together!
