The Democratic Party's strategy is to beat President Trump in the courtroom rather than the ballot box. This will backfire in November. Even worse, it is profoundly undemocratic.
America deserves a President who can win at the ballot box without compromising our government’s separation of powers or weaponizing the courts. You can’t save democracy by destroying it first.
The Democrats are afraid they will lose in the voting booth, so instead they go after President Trump in the courtroom.
I’m also running against President Trump in this election. The difference is I’m challenging him on his record. His lockdowns during Covid. His atrocious environmental record. His cozy relationship with corporate America. His support for the war machine. His failure to root out waste and corruption in Washington. His service to the billionaire class. His bloating of the national debt. These are the issues that shape American lives.
I'll challenge him on these things, but the Democrats won't. You know why? Because they pursue the very same policies.

Presidents Trump and Biden are colluding to lock America into a head-to-head match-up that 70% say they do not want.
They are trying to exclude me from their debate because they are afraid I would win. Keeping viable candidates off the debate stage undermines democracy.
Forty-three percent of Americans identify as independents. If Americans are ever going to escape the hammerlock of the two-party system, now is the time to do it. These are the two most unpopular candidates in living memory.
By excluding me from the stage, Presidents Biden and Trump seek to avoid discussion of their eight years of mutual failure including deficits, wars, lockdowns, chronic disease, and inflation.

In the United States, VAERS is the body that determines if someone injured by a vaccine can be compensated. Here’s the dirty truth: Tax payers cover all expenses for this (all legal fees and the payout), not the pharmaceutical company actually responsible for the injury.
That means these companies can make you sick, get paid huge profits from selling the injections, and the taxpayers are the ones on the hook for their mistakes. As the Covid vaccine is proven to be responsible for more and more injuries, this scheme promises to take our country even further into debt.
The correct course of action is to return to standard tort liability for all vaccine developers. It is the right thing for our country, for our budget, and is even in the best interest of the vaccine developers who will be held to a higher standard in safety.

HUGE AstraZeneca is facing a whopping $255 MILLION compensation to victims that got their injection after they admitted blood clot side effect. But it is the government that will pay because AstraZeneca signed an indemnity deal. Tax payers will be paying the bill.

A sure recipe for 10 more years of financial and moral bankruptcy for the United States.

BREAKING: President Biden is reportedly working on a 10 year deal to send Ukraine $1 trillion in military aid and $500 billion in reconstruction loan guarantees and would prevent the next two presidents from cutting off aid.

I heard I got a shout out by the @realDonaldTrump yesterday!
It is apparent that we are now sandwiched between two political parties unwilling to acknowledge why the vaccine mandates and handling of the pandemic are anti-democratic and deeply anti-American.
1. Free speech was censored, and remains so, especially among qualified doctors and scientists.
2. White House and Agency collusion with embedded corporate interests, the extent of which we are still learning about. Deference to corporate interests over safety is unacceptable.
3. Overreach of Executive Power as it relates to household decisions is unacceptable.
4. Impact on low-income communities and the crime rate has not been addressed. Every community organization I've spoken with says the spike in crime and domestic violence coincided with the lockdown and gouging out of wage income, and access to public spaces and schools.
5. The 2022 executive orders related to border policy exacerbated the impact of the lockdown on vulnerable communities and continues to do so today.
Mr. Trump is correct that I am the largest direct donor to the Kennedy-Shanahan campaign. Very proudly so, as Bobby and I work together to bring government back where it belongs: to the people.

President Trump calls me an ultra-left radical. I’m soooo liberal that his emissaries asked me to be his VP. I respectfully declined the offer.
I am against President Trump, and President Biden can’t win.
Judging by his new website, it looks like President Trump knows who actually can beat him.

Joe Biden was supposed to be a unifier and a peace candidate. Since taking office, we’re embroiled in multiple overseas wars in Ukraine and the Middle East. Biden has allowed the worst migrant crisis in American history and has no plan to bring down the $34T debt — even after 5 decades in public life.
This is a man who went to Maui and joked about almost losing his Corvette in a small kitchen fire — in front of people who’ve lost everything.
He doesn’t have the character or the judgment to be President and has left us more vulnerable than ever before. 🇺🇸

RFK Jr. on CNN: Trump and Biden are only different on culture war issues
“They’re both being financed by BlackRock, State Street, Vanguard, the military contractors, the pharmaceutical industry.”
“You’ve never heard President Trump talk about chronic disease, you’ve never heard President Biden talk about it.”
“Who ran up the debt? President Trump and President Biden.”
“They’re very different in their temperament, their ideology, and their rhetoric.
But the issues where they actually depart is a very narrow band of issues, and it’s the culture war issues.
They’re important issues, but they’re not existential. Neither of them has the capacity to address those, the biggest one being the debt.
We now have $34 trillion in debt. The service on that debt is more than our military spending.
Within five years, $0.50 of every dollar collected in taxes are going to go to servicing the debt.
Who ran up that debt? President Trump and President Biden, just four years each, ran up more spending than all previous Presidents going back to George Washington combined.
The chronic disease epidemic. When my uncle was President, 6% of Americans had chronic disease. Today, 60% do.
It’s the biggest issue we have, $4.3 trillion [a year] that we’re spending on that.
AI. Neither of them has the capacity to deal with these.
All of those issues are created by a system of corporate capture, this corrupt merger between state and corporate power that has absolutely subverted and undermined our democracy.
Neither President Trump nor President Biden has the capacity to address it, because they’re part of that system.
If you vote for President Trump or President Biden—they both had their chance—you’re gonna get more of the same.
If somebody actually wants change, wants to actually alter those issues, they’re gonna vote for me.”

Thank you, Bill Duke (@RealBillDuke), for this deeply appreciated endorsement!
“We need a candidate that unites us, not divides us. The future of this country depends on our ability to come together and sit at the same table as Americans, regardless of our political affiliation, and solve problems as a people. Robert Kennedy Jr. is the person to lead that charge. I support him fully, and so should you.” – Bill Duke

Jocko Willink asks RFK Jr. why he decided to run for President
“I saw the Democratic Party moving to censor political opponents.”
“I saw this explosion of chronic disease in our country that was just being covered up.”
“I saw [both] parties become parties of war.”
“I saw the Democratic Party go to war against the American middle class.”
“Why do 5 of my 7 kids have food allergies? Why does this entire generation have autoimmune diseases? Why are we the sickest nation on the planet?
Why did we have the highest Covid death rates? We had 16% of Covid deaths and we only have 4% of the world’s population.
Somebody needs to explain that. Why are people getting awards for this?”
“Nobody is asking the questions, like with Iraq, why were we at war in Iraq?
Why did we spend $8 trillion over there destroying the one country that was the bulwark to Iran?
We’ve spent $8 trillion on wars since [2001] and we’ve killed millions of people, all unnecessary.
We’re less safe here, Americans are less safe abroad, our country is depleted in power, we’ve got a $34 trillion debt that’s gone up another $1 trillion in the last 100 days.
To service that debt, we now pay more than we do for our military. Within five years, half of every dollar that is collected will go to servicing the debt.
That’s not tenable, and nobody’s talking about this, nobody’s trying to do anything about it, so I just felt like… the only way to fix it is to run myself.”

The CIA works for military contractors, providing a steady pipeline of forever wars. The health agencies are controlled by the pharmaceutical industry, which profits from chronic disease. The Fed, held captive by big banks, floods the canyons of Wall Street with money.
The agencies that are supposed to be stewards of American security, prosperity, and health are no longer working on behalf of you and me. They’ve become sock puppets for the industries they are supposed to regulate.
