Many people, even those who consider themselves informed, do not actually reason based on ideas or principles. Rather, they have groups they like, which they’d prefer to see rewarded, and groups they dislike, which they’d prefer to see punished. Their positions flow from that.

@KumaKIRBY Speculation in the absence of any clarifying remarks from UJ or the cosers is to be expected I think, and I'm not sure how that can be constituted as defamation in that sense.

@KumaKIRBY The screenshots in the doc paints the ex cosers behaviour as being actively hostile and imo that's a reasonable enough motive to question their involvement in UJs decision making process, especially since there's still questions surrounding the C&D email

1. Just because Soken liked the post doesn't mean it's is officially endorsed. Our dude just works at SE. 2. UJ is the OFFICAL publisher for TW, JP would of course delegate the legal matters to them since they are the representative.

The "can you be a fan of a game without playing it" discourse is stupid and funny for a lot of reasons, but chief among them is that a good portion of people who say they don't have time or money for the hobby will still religiously play gachaslop

@KumaKIRBY Seems like ex cosers could have raised their concerns much earlier but chose not to? Hard to consider those as the actions of someone in their right mind. It's just very sad because this is 100% an issue that could be resolved if the people involved just talked to each other lol

3. There is no solid proof that the ex cosplayers who are affiliated with UJ are the ones responsible for "leaking" the event. Who in the right mind would do something that would get them fired? Over a fan event? If you worked for a damned day this doesn't make sense.
