This is incredibly ignorant and shows your lack of empathy and understanding towards the developers working hard to mitigate the situation. I don’t think you’ve thought through what it’s like to be on the receiving end of these tweets at this moment.

We're aware some EA App @PlayApex users are getting an anti-cheat error message after downloading today's patch. We're working to get it resolved and will let you know as soon as a fix is on the way!

Update: We're still working on a permanent solution for this problem, but as a temporary workaround, you can copy the file “EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll” only to the main Apex folder. To do this via the EA App: -Click “Manage” -Click “ View properties” -Click “Browse” to open the file location -Locate “EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll” in the EasyAntiCheat folder -Copy “EasyAntiCheat_x64.dll” out into the main Apex folder Thanks for your patience while we get this sorted.

Why do you all call them “quality of life” changes when we actually push out patches that make you feel worse about playing our game?

@RespawnExplain I bought the battle pass in the last 30 days so I guess that counts, but I bought with the credits I get on the latest battle passes, 10 bucks a couple seasons

@Respawn @PlayApex We can only roll out 3-4 fixes per patch as we are a small indie company. Please be patient. Remember it took us 2 years to fix Gibbys armshield from tanking a Kraber bullet.

We just rolled out a @PlayApex patch with fixes for: ☣️ Caustic's Prestige skin now shows his face during the finisher 💀 Revenant can no longer damage his Forged Shadows with his own melee but will take damage from his own ordnance 🎲 Challenges can be rerolled in the lobby
