If u had told me 4 years back that one day I’ll be hitting gym 6days per week, having some abs, start with some k1/thai box or mma and that I’ll have 75kg instead of 105, I would propably laugh and play another 12hours with junk food. Work on yourself guys, it’s really worth it❤️
