Today I learned that if your super expensive @Bose EarPods don’t work properly you can get a replacement in a month. Or I could return them, get my money back, and try a different brand in two days. Geee which one will I try LOL. Terrible customer service Bose

@DeadDogLake Not pretending to speak for anyone, but can't help but wonder: are they only counting those percentages based on who *did* vote? Because most people didn't vote. All sorts of reasons why, but if so it vastly over represents the true (smaller) percentage & is even more misleading
