The Ravens are headed to Rio de Janeiro this season, two sources with direct knowledge of the situation confirmed to The Baltimore Sun on Wednesday. Baltimore will play the Dallas Cowboys, who the NFL announced earlier this offseason as the host team for the league’s first game in the former capital city of Brazil and site of the 2016 Olympic Games. The sources spoke on the condition of anonymity because they are not authorized to discuss the schedule publicly. A date has yet to be announced, though it would not take place before Week 2, with the Los Angeles Rams and San Francisco 49ers already playing in Australia on Thursday night in Week 1. Ray Lewis once got me grounded. I stayed up late watching the 2008 divisional game against the Titans. He made that titanic hit on Ahmard Hall, and my cover was blown!
I was done. Finished. I won’t repeat what my late dad said that night, but rest assured he wasn’t best pleased at being rudely awoken!
He turned off the circuit breaker for my bedroom, thinking he had won. However, the outlet my TV was plugged into was wired to a different circuit. So, I got to watch the Ravens win the game!

He was underutilized. Derrick Henry was also underutilized in key moments. The entire team was mismanaged from front to back all season last year.

In 1997, Baltimore backed out of a deal with Cowboys safety Brock Marion minutes before he was going to sign a contract because the team discovered a potential problem with his left shoulder. In 2018, Baltimore voided its four-year, $29 million agreement with wide receiver Ryan Grant after he failed a physical over an ankle injury.
