Very much enjoying the Avs having swept Los Angeles. Get to sit back and enjoy incredible hockey knowing that my team is safe. If the rest of the West want to keep beating up on each other and playing OT games that would be greatly appreciated

Not to disparage the Ducks, they have been great but they fell off a cliff at the tail end of the season. McDavid, Draisaitl, Bouchard & Hyman have 1 goal a piece. Their D play is unsurprisingly terrible.

The Edmonton Oilers spent all season being bad at hockey in an awful divison, yet people said "Edmonton can just switch it on in the playoffs", just brushing aside a season of bad hockey. Well, theyre now 3-1 down to a Ducks team who fell ass backwards into the playoffs.

Yeah, we need to stop giving teams with obvious flaws the benefit of the doubt. The Oilers defensive play & goaltending continues to be disastrous, 16 goals allowed through 3 games against an Anaheim team who dropped off a cliff toward seasons end.

Edmonton's goaltending is horrendous, but the defensive play in front of them isn't exactly good.
