Meet Players where they are It’s typically easy to see the areas that younger players need to get better at, but we also need to assess where they are at mentally and meet them where they are at. This way we continue to find incremental growth, teach them how to work and how to learn, all the while not killing hurt love for the game.

OUTSIDE NOISE One of the many lessons I learned @usabasketball is that great players and teams perform at a high level no matter what the situation is. They can operate outside of their comfort zone, limit outside noise, and find a way to win. Too many times players, parents, coaches, teams are worried about things that don’t matter. Focus on the task at hand, focus on solutions, and put your energy in to the process of competing and getting better.

Jayson Tatum is being assigned to participate in the Maine Celtics' practice this afternoon as part of his rehab process, the team says. He will be recalled back immediately to the Boston Celtics following today's practice.
