So you want more “extension” like Strider, but don’t know where to start? IMO it can be created by these four things: 1) Drift 2) Adductors 3) “Jump” 4) Forward flexion & lat length (posterior oblique sling) Shoutout @Elilawrence__ for a few of these side views
