@SFTheeboG @catkaldir my experience with t is twofold, I have an idea of how potent it can be in "ideal" circumstances, and I know how hard it is to pass with only e and no surgeries on top of said t puberty, because e isn't as potent (ex: no voice undropping and harder to feminize a face&body aftr t)

@SFTheeboG @catkaldir og post says that transmasc surgeries are less talked about, my arguments are that testosterone does a lot by itself and that most transmasc surgeries are for/come from cis men's masculinizing surgeries. I bring up the fact that t does a lot because this is how I experienced it.

@snuffbaitmutt @catkaldir top surgery isn't a mastectomy it's a different kinda surgery binding is so shitty though, it's not all that uncommon to end up with ribs bruising or bending if u do it incorrectly and it often doesn't flatten the chest, just vaguely makes it look more like pecs

@SFTheeboG @catkaldir it sucks that mastectomy is more likely to be necessary but I feel like passing and the quality of life you can experience with only t and binding is wildly superior. I feel like ffs and mastectomy are comparable in term of necessity, but mastectomy looks much more accessible
