We're moving on in the PIAA playoffs! EF Softball topped Bellefonte this evening at Boston Ballfield by a score of 12-2. EF scored 6 runs in the bottom of the 5th, with a 3-run home run by pitcher Berlyn Holibaugh forcing the game to a close.

Warriors win and move on. Elizabeth Forward defeated Bellefonte 12-2 (5 innings) in the first round of the PIAA 4A Playoffs on Jun. 1st, 2026. Sophia Pasinsky, Aubriana Cimba, and Berlin Holibaugh all hit home runs in the mercy rule win for EF.

2026 WPIAL 4A SOFTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP: No. 1 Elizabeth Forward wins its third WPIAL title in program history after defeating No. 3 Blackhawk this evening, 5-3. The Warriors trailed 3-0 in the game. Hannah Evans and Sophie Pasinsky both had two RBIs in the game for the Warriors.

Warriors win it all. Elizabeth Forward defeated Blackhawk 5-3 on May 28th, 2026 to win the WPIAL 4A Championship at PennWest California’s Lilley Field. EF erased a 3-0 deficit to rally and win the school’s third WPIAL softball title in the last eight years.
