Great service this morning @STwSS to say thank you and goodbye to our wonderful vicar @revsuecooke followed by brunch - having cooked bacon, sausages, halloumi etc for 150 time for an afternoon of watching the footie

A chapter comes to an end, my final service @stwss Grateful for friends I made & all the times of joy & laughter & especially for the children - my favourite moments today were their poem, being prayed for by them & the slideshow put together by the fantastic @notthegardener

We said a sad farewell to our fabulous ordinand Judith this morning. We loved having her with us for the last 18 months & are so grateful for all she has contributed to STwSS. We bought her a home communion set and ministry essentials including a hoodie ready for post ordination

It's very nearly Christmas and we would love for you to come and join us on Sunday at 7pm to our candlelit carol service followed by mulled wine, mince pies and sausage rolls. A warm and joyful welcome awaits you!

We have had a fabulous time making wreaths in The Hive. Over three sessions led by the amazing Sophie Vening 35 people made beautiful wreaths to adorn their front doors.

Bring your children and come and join the fun this Sunday at St Thomas'. Crafts and activities from 2:15pm - 3:30pm followed by a short service. It's going to be a lot of fun and we really hope to see you...

Such a great Sunday yesterday, we baptised two of our young people (one by immersion and one not), admitted seven to communion and then one of them won our Advent Bake Off(Sweet Category)!! #lovetheyoungpeople

Very grateful to all those who didn't leaf it to others and who came and helped with the big tidy up after church. 20 large sacks of leaves were filled and ready to be next year's compost. #church #community #tidyup
