@ChannelDogYT but they actually do have really good writing. the psychology of Bowser in pt 1 and esp Bowser Jr in pt 2 is legitimately resonant, and the fact that the latter was conveyed in like 2-3 min was a low-key masterclass in kids filmmaking. Pixar would have bludgeoned it for 45-min.
