Just a reminder not every baseball affiliated person’s views are not reflected by the more visible assholes. I’m a proud LGBTQ+ ally and there’s more of us out there than you’d think. But I agree baseball shouldn’t be for everyone; homophobic assholes should not be welcome.

Look at your comments, how many YAYS are you getting to NAYS? This is not a popular opinion in society. The overwhelming majority of people are fine with gays, but it drops dramatically when the line is crossed of forced celebration and participation. That’s when it becomes a problem and you’re not helping this problem. Support for all branches of the LGBTQ+ have dropped because of this behavior, and it’s maddening because Gay and Lesbian support is diminishing as well because of it, even though the majority of us don’t want involved in these fights, ma’am. It’s dropping, not because of homophobia but because of behavior like this. Your fight is hurting. Not helping.
