It’s easy to decrease patellar tendon pain: Do nothing. It’s hard to restore performance of the patellar tendon. Once basic size, strength, and inhibition aren’t severe, just going through the motions of cutting, jumping, and landing has huge benefits. “Did stuff like this today just to kind of reintroduce change of direction and it felt good. Kind of just going through the motions but I feel like it's a good start.”
