Nottingham College saying that Basford Hall Nursery was 95% full in Jan '18, but only 44% full in Aug '17. A bit like saying a school should close because it's running at 0% capacity every August. Quality, usage & finance all healthy in my view.

Parents & the wider community are right to be disappointed that no representative of Nottm College was prepared to answer, or give reasons for their decision to close the nursery. Sadly it says something about the attitude at the top of the organisation.

@SaveBasfordHall @SallyLongford @NottmCollege Last Friday I asked for a copy of @NottmCollege’s Equality Impact Assessment relating to the decision to close the nursery. The CEO said he ‘didn’t have it to hand’ but promised to provide a copy.
